Manufacturing Team Lead - Weekend Shift - Starting at $38.31+/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium

Work Flexibility: Onsite Shift: Fri – Sun, 4:00pm – 5:30am, OT as needed What You Will Do: As a Manufacturing Team Lead, you will oversee daily production operations while guiding a team to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals. This role combines hands-on manufacturing leadership with process improvement, ensuring efficient production while maintaining compliance in a regulated environment. Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules, staffing levels, and output targets are achieved Delegate work, provide onsite leadership, and ensure accountability across production team members Monitor performance metrics and escalate risks or resource constraints to manufacturing leadership Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and efficiency Drive compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality standards, including ownership of nonconformances, CAPAs, and PPS initiatives Ensure safe operations by enforcing policies, documenting incidents, and promoting a strong safety culture Support production execution by coordinating materials, assisting with lot control activities, and resolving operational issues Develop team capability through training, feedback, and performance management, including shift handoffs and communication What You Need: Required High School Diploma or GED Minimum five (5) years experience in a manufacturing or cGMP environment Preferred Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree Previous leadership experience Seven (7) years of manufacturing experience Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Frequently stand, walk, and move throughout the production floor Working in a manufacturing environment with machinery and required PPE $38.31 - $54.21/hr + $2.00 shift premium, plus bonus eligible and benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
