Boiler Operator

Job Description: We are looking for aBoiler Operator to lead a team of forklift operators, wood yard, and quality control personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be motivated to grow with the Company. The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth and efficient production in a safe environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the plant, with a focus on boiler operations. Supervise and coordinate a team of 10-15 employees, including forklift operators, wood yard, and quality control personnel. Plant may run 2nd & 3rd Shifts seasonally. Prioritize safety as the top concern, implementing and enforcing strict safety protocols, especially in boiler operations. Oversee the maintenance and operation of boilers to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular safety inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain and improve product quality standards. Train and mentor plant staff on safe boiler operation, equipment handling, and quality control procedures. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to boiler operations. Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance on boilers. Monitor and optimize plant processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Prepare and analyze reports on plant performance, safety records, and quality metrics. Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Proven experience in managing boiler operations and plant management. In-depth knowledge of boiler systems, safety protocols, and quality control standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with forklift operations and quality control procedures. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in boiler operations.
