Prairie Band Construction seeks an Emergency Room Physician to provide on-site emergency medical care for workers supporting tribal, federal, and commercial construction projects. In this field-based role, you will rapidly assess and stabilize trauma and acute medical conditions, coordinate with EMS and local hospitals, and support a culture of safety and respect. You’ll help shape medical readiness, participate in drills and incident reviews, and contribute to meaningful, Native-owned projects that prioritize integrity, quality, and community impact.
