Forging Operator

Edgerton, OH forging company is looking for first shift operators. 6 am to 2:30 pm. Pay is $23.45/hr.

Forging Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$23.45 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)

Operate forging presses, hammers, furnaces, and related production equipment.
Load and unload raw materials and forged parts safely and efficiently.
Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections of finished products.
Work alone or with a team.

Forging Operator Qualifications:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach throughout the workday.
Ability to work in a hot, noisy industrial environment.

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
