Head of Hospitality

Thom Sweeney

Purpose

 

To create an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest entering Thom Sweeney Madison Avenue, ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable and looked after from arrival through departure.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Client Hospitality

 

* Welcome every client and guest upon arrival.

* Offer refreshments including coffee, tea, soft drinks, wine and spirits.

* Manage presentation and cleanliness of the bar and hospitality areas.

* Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless luxury experience.

* Support client appointments by ensuring refreshments are prepared and served.

 

Client Experience

 

* Build rapport with clients while sales associates are preparing garments, sourcing sizes or completing transactions.

* Maintain conversation and engagement to ensure clients never feel unattended.

* Create a warm, relaxed and sophisticated atmosphere.

* Assist with VIP appointments and private shopping events.

 

Front of House

 

* Answer incoming calls professionally.

* Manage guest arrivals and notify the relevant team members.

* Support appointment scheduling where required.

* Coordinate deliveries, hospitality supplies and daily opening standards.

 

Events

 

* Assist with in-store events and client evenings.

* Prepare hospitality areas before events.

* Ensure exceptional guest service throughout all events.

 

Brand Representation

 

* Serve as an ambassador for Thom Sweeney.

* Maintain impeccable personal presentation.

* Demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury service and hospitality.
