Direct preparation of specifications, layouts, drawings, and cost estimates for facility requirements and improvements. Plan, organize, and administer Maintenance and Facilities systems, procedures, budgets, controls, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and OSHA regulations. Oversee the purchasing of plant non-inventoried materials and facility-related supplies.
