PATIENT SERVICES MANAGER - Charlotte, NC

Position Title: PSM I Pay Grade: 14 Reports To: SR. DFNS Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 Other Forms of Compensation: Relocation Assistance Job Summary The Patient Services Manager (Acute Care) leads the patient dining program in a fast‑paced acute care hospital in Charlotte, NC. This highly visible role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering a top‑tier patient experience.
