Sales Associate, Foot and Ankle - Phoenix, AZ - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Sales Associate for Foot and Ankle orthopedic products in the Phoenix territory. The role involves building and expanding the customer base, developing expertise in the product portfolio, and collaborating with surgeons and healthcare systems to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in foot and ankle portfolio and competitive landscape
- Identify and convert new accounts while expanding sales with existing customers
- Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use and applications
- Provide case coverage and operating room support to surgeons and clinical staff
- Achieve sales targets and business plan objectives within assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree/Medical Certification plus 2+ years experience
- 4+ years foot and ankle, trauma, or orthopedics sales experience acceptable alternative
- Ability to work in operating room and lab environments
- Strong interpersonal and technical communication skills in hospital settings
- Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- Business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of compliance, ethics, and healthcare regulations
