Bill Pearce Motors is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Professional to represent our iconic BMW / MINI and Volvo brands. If you are passionate about cars, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service we want to hear from you!
Greet and assist customers in selecting the perfect BMW-MINI or Volvo vehicle to fit their lifestyle.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through follow-up and personalized service.
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of BMW and MINI vehicles, features, and technology.
Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Stay up to date with manufacturer training and dealership standards.
Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-service oriented.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Trainable.
