Blow Molding Mechanic

Maintenance MechanicCandidates must have prior experience in PET blow molding, troubleshooting, processing and set up. Electrical experience and knowledge of PLC is a plus.Qualified candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, strong verbal and written communications skills.Environment: Our facility is a 24/7 operation.Working in climate controlled environmentSafety food grade environmentClean manufacturing facilityPrimary Responsibilities:Work with others in positive and constructive mannerMonitor operationsSet up machines to approved processing parametersSolve daily production and technical processing issuesTroubleshootAssist in training team membersEnsure that products manufactured meet or exceed all quality requirementsMaintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, enforcing standards, policies and proceduresFollow all safety procedures and policiesWork shift will depend upon need.Must be available for overtime and work weekends when needed.Required Education/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent2+ years processing experiencePreferred Education/Experience:4+ years related experienceCompletion of apprentice or other training programCompetencies:Read and understand written EnglishCommunicate effectively in EnglishOperate equipment as indicated abovePhysical Demands:Standing and walking for extended periods of timeBending downClimbingLifting up to 50 poundsFrequent grasping, lifting and extending hands and armsEmployment Opportunity Our Company is committed to equal opportunity employment.
