Bartender

Responsibilities Greet customers and take their drink and food orders Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails Check identification to verify legal drinking age Maintain a clean and organized bar area Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns Upsell additional food and beverage items Process payments using cash register or POS system Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Experience Previous experience as a bartender in the food service industry is required Knowledge of mixing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages Strong time management skills to handle multiple drink orders simultaneously Familiarity with cash handling procedures and ability to perform basic math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner Sales skills to promote specials, upsell, and increase revenue Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
