Remote Tax Manager/Senior Tax Manager
Location: Remote (anywhere in the United States)
Salary: Competitive Salary ($150k-200k+)

Position Overview: As a Tax Manager or Senior Tax Manager , you will take on a leadership role within our tax practice, working closely with clients to provide high-quality tax services while managing a team of tax professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, strategic thinker who is looking for a dynamic role with real equity opportunities and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate tax services
- Oversee tax planning and strategy for Clients in Many different industries ( Real Estate, Construction, Tech, Retail Professional Services, Manufacturing etc..)
- Lead a team of tax professionals, providing mentorship, training, and guidance
- Review complex tax returns, including S Corps, C Corps, Partnerships, and individual filings
- Identify tax planning opportunities and work closely with clients to develop tax strategies
- Stay current on tax law changes and apply this knowledge to client service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to develop firm strategies and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong technical tax knowledge, including corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first, collaborative team setting
