The role You'll join our team of Account Executives in the US and own your pipeline from first conversation to close. You'll sell a product US brands already rely on, with an established playbook and close support from the founders and the rest of the team. What you'll do Build your pipeline. Find high-potential US consumer businesses, with e-commerce as a key segment. Start conversations and create qualified opportunities. Run the full sales cycle. Discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing. Win long-term customers. Turn opportunities into accounts that stay and grow. Build local partnerships. Agencies, technology partners, e-commerce platforms, and other channels that accelerate growth. Stay close to customers. Support early onboarding and bring market feedback straight into product and strategy. Make the team better. Share what's working in your deals so the whole US team closes more. Who we're looking for The most important thing is hunger. We want someone who works hard, has big ambitions, and is excited to build something meaningful. Everything else is secondary. None of these are strict requirements, but they're strong advantages: Experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, partnerships, or growth. Startup experience, especially early-stage or fast-growing. Ex-founders and operators are especially welcome. Comfortable owning the full cycle, from cold outbound to close. Commercially sharp and confident with senior decision-makers. High ownership, independence, and a bias toward action in a remote setup. If you're ambitious, competitive, and learn fast, we'd rather talk to you than reject you because your CV doesn't look perfect. Commission that compounds You earn 10% of the revenue from every customer you close. Customers pay monthly or yearly, so your commission recurs for as long as they stay. There is no cap.
