We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits via a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children aged five and above. Each patient is treated with compassion and respect, and we strive to provide individualized care to meet patients' needs. Qualifications Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D., Psy.D.) Experience in conducting Neurocognitive and Neuropsychological Testing is preferred Must have a license in the state of Florida or be in the process of obtaining one Work experience in an outpatient setting is preferred Job Responsibilities Provide psychological assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for patients with a variety of mental health conditions Provide different modalities of psychotherapy and counseling services Provide neuropsychological and neurocognitive testing services (optional) Optionally provide only psychotherapy & counseling, only neuropsychological testing, or a combination of both services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families about mental health conditions, neuropsychological findings, and therapeutic strategies Document services rendered in compliance with the company policies and procedures Stay current with advancements in psychology and neuropsychology through continuing education and professional development Compensation Package Excellent base compensation Monthly productivity bonus Quarterly performance bonus The company provides testing materials Additional day for extra pay (up to $33,000 additional per year) Supervising provider responsibilities with additional compensation Potential to earn $150,000+ annually with a 40-hour work week Benefits Health, Vision, and Dental insurance Retirement Benefit: 401K Plan (Retirement) – company matches up to 4% of your annual compensation Paid Time Off Paid Holidays CME-related expense reimbursement Group malpractice insurance Advantages Full administrative support Latest digital technology Strong focus on work/life balance Work Schedule Four 10hr shifts per week or five 8hr shifts per week Offices open Monday-Thursday Availability to work additional days via telemedicine for additional pay Friday-Sunday Option to work 50% telemedicine once productivity is achieved E-Verify Statement Harmony United Psychiatric Care participates in E-Verify.
