Job Description-

Join a dynamic warehouse team where you accurately assemble product kits, prepare them for shipment, and help maintain smooth daily operations in a clean, modern facility. This role focuses on pick and pack activities, inventory handling, and general warehouse tasks while collaborating closely with coworkers to meet productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities-

• Accurately assemble product kits based on detailed order specifications.
• Pick items from inventory and ensure correct product selection for each order.
• Verify product counts and inspect items for quality, damage, and completeness before packing.
• Label, package, and prepare kits for outbound shipping according to established procedures.
• Support general labor tasks related to shipping, receiving, and order selection as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety procedures, warehouse protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production and accuracy targets.
• Handle warehouse inventory in an efficient, orderly manner to support smooth operations.
• Assist with packing, order selection, and other pick/pack duties to meet customer demand.

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse or production experience.
• Demonstrated consistent work history with reliable attendance.
• Experience with pick and pack processes in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks including shipping, receiving, picking, and packing.
• Strong attention to detail when verifying product counts and inspecting items for quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to warehouse protocols.
• Capability to work collaboratively with a team to meet daily goals.

The environment involves typical warehouse activities such as picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general labor tasks, with an emphasis on teamwork and meeting daily operational goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
