A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Review & Evaluation Nurse (RN) – Critical Incident Management. Full Time.

Schedule -  Hybrid Schedule| Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Pay Range - $40.00-42.00 an hour paid weekly

Benefits – active after 90 days of employment

What You'll Do

• Review and evaluate critical incident reports involving participants receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS).
• Conduct clinical reviews of medical records, service plans, and supporting documentation.
• Perform mortality reviews to determine whether additional investigation or follow-up is warranted.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve participant health, safety, and quality of care.
• Collaborate with Adult Protective Services, managed care organizations, providers, physicians, and community agencies.
• Ensure incidents are investigated and resolved in accordance with state regulations and program requirements.
• Evaluate the appropriateness of services and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation.
• Prepare written reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide guidance regarding HCBS policies and critical incident procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• 1-3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Hospital, acute care, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing experience preferred
• Quality improvement, risk management, utilization review, or case management experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), or long-term services and supports preferred
