PRN On-Site Clinician Assistant (LPN/LVN) — Primary Care

Hamilton Health Box is seeking an On-Site Clinical Assistant (OSC) for a PRN (as-needed) role. The OSC will support daily clinical and administrative operations at HHB locations, interact with patients for scheduling and follow-up, and assist in delivering protocol-driven care under Provider orders. This role requires LPN/LVN licensure in Texas, BLS certification, and strong communication with staff, patients, and community partners.
