People & Organization (HR) Advisor, Employee Relations Focused, Manufacturing Job ID: 506688 Position Deadline: 15‑Mayo‑2026 Location: Grand Prairie site near Dallas, Texas. This is a 5‑day per week onsite position. Responsibilities Fostering a Positive Work Environment: engage employees empathetically, promote open communication, and act as a bridge between employees, leadership, and stakeholders. Union/Labor Relations: leverage experience in a unionized environment to navigate and manage labor relations, ensuring actions and activities are in alignment between management and union representatives, addressing issues and facilitating collaborative resolutions. Facilitating Dispute Resolution: identify root causes of conflicts, provide counsel, and propose fair resolutions compliant with company policies, following handbooks and agreements as required. Maintain onsite presence to reflect the employee and management populations. Provide training and promote a positive work environment through defined People Relations (ER) training. Continuous Improvement & Efficiency Mindset: diagnose bottlenecks in processes/systems and recommend and implement improvements. Leverage People Analytics: monitor morale and engagement through multiple data sources, offering insights and trends to key stakeholders, ensuring case documentation is accurate and stored appropriately. Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders: foster relationships as a key interface and responsive partner to internal and external stakeholders, driving complex issue resolution and facilitating conversations between diverse groups. Resolve People Relations Issues: proactively manage and resolve a broad range of People Relations issues, conducting investigations, addressing concerns, and facilitating conflict resolution. Policy Guidance & Interpretation: provide clear guidance and interpretation of P&O (HR) policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness in application. Employee Engagement & Relations: act as the primary liaison between management and employees, ensuring concerns are addressed, feedback is communicated, and overall employee experience remains positive. Performance Management Coaching: support supervisors and managers in day‑to‑day management of employee performance, providing guidance on improvement, coaching techniques, and conflict resolution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5‑7 years of experience in Human Resources within a manufacturing or distribution environment with a strong focus on People Relations and Labor Relations. 3‑5+ years of experience working in a unionized environment, with proven expertise in navigating union relations, collective bargaining agreements, and labor issues. 3‑5 years of experience demonstrating the ability to coach and guide managers on people relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Ability to work primarily on site covering multiple shifts. Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and privacy, ensuring protection of data, and demonstrating responsible use of data access. Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships through communication, interpersonal skills, and constructive conflict resolution. Critical Thinking: leverage data to influence decision‑making, solve problems, and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business goals. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables while effectively prioritizing meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and building positive relationships with employees at all levels. Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks while prioritizing effectively, balancing quality and quantity, and being resilient in the face of barriers or conflict. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex labor relations. Strategic thinking: leverage data to influence decision‑making, solve problems, and implement innovative HR solutions that align with business goals.
