Market Manager - Home Theater

Passionate about next-level visuals and immersive sound? Ready to turn that excitement into impact? ActionLink is seeking a Market Development Manager to amplify TCL's presence and drive growth across your territory.

In this role, you'll spark sales, elevate brand visibility, and inspire retail teams-bringing unforgettable home theater experiences to life for every customer.

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday - with flexibility for weekends and holidays when the action calls for it.
What's In It for You:

$25.00-$27.00, per hour , based on experience
Up to 20% quarterly performance bonus

Your Mission:

Lead the charge in boosting sales and profitability across your territory
Champion retail excellence through impactful training, stunning merchandising, and hands-on support
Cultivate strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
Track performance data and tweak strategies for maximum impact
Represent TCL at exciting industry events, trade shows, and promotions

What You'll Need:

Willingness and availability to travel
Valid driver's license and ability to rent vehicles under corporate policy
Physically able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours a day
