As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with patients in their home environment and help them improve their ability to perform everyday activities safely and independently. Your Role Will Include: Evaluating patients' functional abilities and needs. Creating personalized occupational therapy programs. Supporting independence with ADLs and other daily activities. Assessing upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and safety. Providing education to patients and caregivers. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
