Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including health histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results. Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to clinical guidelines. Counsel patients on drug regimens and potential interactions. Refer patients to appropriate specialists when needed. Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Board certification as an Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner. Fluent in Spanish (Required). Strong clinical skills and evidence-based practice knowledge. Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year. Supplemental pay opportunities, including bonuses.
