Despite our growth, we have stayed true to our family-owned and operated roots—where employees are recognized as individuals and our culture remains a top priority.ResponsibilitiesWorks with the Quality Assurance Specialists, QA Engineer, QA Manager, and QA Assistant Manager to bring product quality issues to resolutionManages incoming product concerns from the sales force and documents issues using Cases.Answers Tier 2 Contact Center Escalated phone calls while logged into the Quality Assurance Hunt GroupResponds to emails sent to the Quality Assurance GroupManages the creation and sending out of UPS return labelsManages the placing of No Charge replacement orders and credit requestsManages the sales rep experience timeline (time to close a case). Manages communications associated with the stock check process.Assists the Quality Assurance team in ensuring timely and accurate repairsAssists the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that electronic files are maintained for all vendors.
