Role: PRN Respiratory Therapist (CRT) responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, administer therapies, and manage ventilators. Interpret arterial blood gases and collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize treatment plans. Respond to respiratory emergencies and ensure accurate documentation in EMR. Qualifications & Skills Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT). Strong clinical skills in respiratory care and emergency response. Ability to interpret arterial blood gases and use ventilators effectively. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
