Home Care Aide / Caregiver – Highland Park, MI

CareOne Senior Care is expanding our team and is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in Highland Park, Michigan. What You'll Do

As a Home Care Aide, you'll provide individualized care based on each client's needs. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Providing companionship and meaningful conversation

• Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition

• Performing light housekeeping and laundry

• Assisting with mobility, walking, and safe transfers

• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan

• Escorting clients to appointments or community activities when assigned

• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

• Completing required care documentation

Scheduling Opportunities

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your lifestyle, including:

• Full-time and part-time positions

• Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts

• Weekend availability

• Live-in assignments

• Short-term and long-term client placements

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.00–$17.00 per hour

• Couples care assignments may pay up to $22.50 per hour

• Weekly pay with next-day pay options available

• Flexible scheduling based on your availability

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who are:

• At least 18 years of age

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Comfortable working independently in clients' homes

• Strong communicators with a positive attitude

• Possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• Willing to obtain a current TB test before client placement if one is not already available

Previous caregiving, home health, direct care, or personal care experience is welcomed but not required.
