Baptist Primary Care Beaches is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our established practice located just steps from the ocean in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. This is a rare opportunity to practice outpatient family medicine in one of Northeast Florida’s most desirable coastal communities, supported by the region’s “Most Preferred” health system.

Guaranteed base salary of $260,000+ (commensurate with experience)

$20,000 signing bonus

Manageable patient volume of 18–20 per day
