Working closely with lead teachers, you will help facilitate daily routines, guide student learning, and contribute to a positive classroom culture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in early childhood education and develop into a future lead teacher role. Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM–5:30 PM , approximately 3–4 hours per day (15–20 hours per week) Optional on-call morning hours may be available for candidates interested in working up to 20 hours per week You will also: Support students' social and emotional development through positive interactions Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment Communicate professionally with parents and guardians when needed Maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom space What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Prior experience working with children in a school or childcare setting Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and follow lead teacher direction Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment Must meet all state licensing and background clearance requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
