COP Apply URLApply Now!!!Position Summary:Responsible for supporting procurement processing, budget tracking, and audit activities by providing data analysis, reporting, and coordination. Facilitates day-to-day execution of enterprise IT planning and vendor management activities across internal teams and external providers.Essential Functions:Maintain organized records of contracts, financial documents, and vendor deliverablesProcess and manage enterprise IT procurement activities (Purchase Request, Purchase Order, Goods Received)Track and maintain IT budgets, forecasts, and actual spend with a focus on vendor-related costsCoordinate with Legal to support contract review, renewals, and documentation managementTrack and report vendor SLA and KPI performance metrics to support governanceAssist in IT service provider coordination and follow-ups on operational and planning activitiesProvide customer support interface for internal users regarding enterprise IT services and request routingPrepare dashboards and reports on IT financials, performance, and planning statusCoordinate inputs, responses, and remediation actions for internal and external IT auditsMaintain data accuracy and consistency across planning, financial, and reportingAdminister, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.Meet all other requirements as assignedEducation:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferredRelated Experience:0 – 10 years job related experience preferred1+ years of experience in IT administrationExperience managing third-party IT service providersIT helpdesk experience preferredTraining / Certification:CompTIA Project+ or ITIL v4 Foundation is a plusSkills / Knowledge:Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and frameworksStrong analytical and problemsolving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExhibit a willingness to learnAdditional Information:Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.
