Client Coordinator

DescriptionThe Client Coordinator is responsible for working through CMS portals, processing the cases and entering into the database. They will be reviewing for eligibility.This position is responsible for data preparation, data entry, data tracking, documentation, and filing. All duties are handled with a high degree of quality customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standardsHandles and responds promptly to inquiries from clients emails regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests for informationUtilizes appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examine information and or retrieve information as neededPulls medical records from clients external site and uploads into internal databaseEnsure everything on the Medical Record is there and filled out properlyFrom there the medical record will be assigned to a reviewer to provide insight on a certain treatment or diagnosis to help the insurance company decide whether to approve or deny a claimWHAT DOES A CLIENT COORDINATOR DO?1. Process cases through CMS and client portals - Enter, review, and verify eligibility and case information.2. Data preparation & data entry - Manage highvolume documentation, filing, and data accuracy requirements.3. Pull and upload medical records - Retrieve records from external sites and upload into NMRs internal database.4. Respond to client inquiries - Answer questions, provide case updates, address concerns, and handle status requests promptly.5. Maintain workflow communication - Stay in daily contact with QA teams regarding pending reports and case progress.6. Coordinate with providers - contact physicians/clinicians to assign cases and update databases accordingly.7. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
