Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:00PM Provides administrative support to the Talent Acquisition area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reviews and evaluates candidate applications to ensure candidates meet the qualifications for job postings. • Coordinates scheduling Interviews with Recruiters. • Completes employment reference verifications for candidates in process. • Submits background checks for the Statewide Central Registry (SCR) check and additional pre-employment background checks. • Complies with all agency policies and procedures. • Other duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Related experience preferred. • Ability to travel to various locations located in but not limited to Erie, Niagara, Chautauqua and Monroe County. • Excellent computer skills. • Effective communication skills. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
