LifeStance Health seeks a Psychologist to provide outpatient mental health services in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. You will conduct diagnostic evaluations, deliver evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, and develop collaborative treatment plans for diverse populations. Services are offered via in-person and telehealth appointments, supported by a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes ethical, patient-centered care, careful documentation, outcome measurement, and coordination with referring providers. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Deliver care via both in-person and telehealth modalities Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHR Monitor treatment outcomes and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and organizational standards of care Communicate with referring providers and coordinate continuity of care Participate in supervision, case consultation, and professional development Psychological assessment and diagnosis Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Clinical interviewing Treatment planning and case formulation Telehealth service delivery Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Risk assessment and crisis management Outcome measurement and data-informed care Interdisciplinary collaboration Ethical and legal standards in clinical practice Qualifications Active Psychologist license (or license-eligible) in relevant state Doctoral internship/residency in clinical or counseling psychology Board certification in psychology (ABPP) preferred Training in evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT) Experience with telehealth platforms and remote care Familiarity with outcome measurement tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k #J-18808-Ljbffr
