Chief Information Security Officer

Leading the charge in information security, the full-time salaried Chief Information Security Officer will own the strategy and governance of security functions, optimize an enterprise-wide security framework, and manage risk in a remote capacity while collaborating with executive leadership and aligning security capabilities with business objectives. Key responsibilities Optimize and mature an enterprise-wide information security strategy aligned with business objectives Lead and develop a high-performing security team across various security domains Manage the firm's security risk management program, including risk assessments and incident response capabilities Required qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in financial services Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST CSF and ISO 27001 Experience managing security in cloud-native or hybrid environments, with familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape relevant to financial services and data privacy laws Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
