IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst Summary Crown USA, Inc. is adding to our Team! We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to work as an IT Support Analyst. This position will require a strong knowledge of SAP applications. Primary responsibilities for this position will include working within SAP to support/troubleshoot for various company departments, working internally and with outside vendors on various IT support ventures, and testing/debugging new functionalities while also collaborating with other company departments to achieve business goals. This position will report to our CFO. Responsibilities Diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving technical issues with computers, networks, and software Providing technical assistance to end-users via various channels including text, phone, email, and remote sessions Installing, configuring, and updating hardware, software, and operating systems Setting up new users and managing permissions and access to company systems and applications Assisting users with technical training to enhance their proficiency with software and hardware systems Conducting routine checks to ensure company IT related systems are working properly and secure Design queries for SAP database to meet the data needs of SAP users Create and/or modify Crystal Reports for internal as well as “customer and vendor facing” documents Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Accomplished understanding of operating systems, software applications, hardware, and networking Proficient in SQL server queries and all Windows based applications Dynamic self-starter with excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills to handle functional workload and multiple priorities Ability to act independently and within a team as needed Ability to organize workload, set priorities, work well under deadline pressures, and adapt to change Strong listening and presentation skills College Degree in relevant field 3+ years of experience Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience in relevant field Experience with SAP/SAP applications Experience with Crystal Reports Experience working in batch process manufacturing Experience with SalesForce Experience with AI tools and AI deployment Job Type: Full-time - Monday - Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (some weekends, nights) Some travel Benefits: Paid vacation Monthly accrued personal hours 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket
