Job Overview/Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering quality care and medication assistance to residents in a respectful, supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance according to health care provider’s orders Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following company and regulatory guidelines Report any changes in residents’ physical condition and/or behaviors Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations Primary Skills Medication administration Resident care and supervision Accurate documentation and reporting Communication and observation skills Secondary Skills (Good To Have) Experience working with older adults Knowledge of state-specific medication aide regulations Teamwork and conflict resolution skills Qualifications High school diploma or GED One year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous experience working directly with older adults preferred Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must enjoy working with the senior population Benefits/Perks Competitive compensation Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Flexible scheduling Training and development resources Equal Opportunity Statement Pulivarthi Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
