This role supports to the Manager, Auto Care – Armor All Brand in developing distinct product solutions rooted in consumer insights. The Marketing Assistant ensures that the requirements for commercial success are incorporated, collaborating both within the department and across functions to integrate best practices into product development and marketing plans. The activities of this role aim to facilitate successful portfolio management, optimize brand growth profitability, and contribute to sustaining the overall health of the brand.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, renovation, and communication of Armor All productsStrong knowledge of the U.S. retail landscape is required for this roleCollaborate with Research & Development to merge consumer needs and applied technology into effective consumer solutionsSupport brand integrity through the development and implementation of marketing elements (packaging, messaging, etc.)Support research plans to uncover consumer needs and build differentiated, relevant opportunities for the brandsGather competitive intelligence and continually seek to understand changing market dynamicsSupport development and maintenance of global websitesMaintains Appearance Chemicals brand portals to ensure internal partners can easily access Marketing assetsManage Appearance Chemicals global marketing budget including processing and tracking of marketing related invoicesInitiate, facilitate, and manage creation all product samplesCoordinate and manage timely legal routing of marketing materialsMay perform additional duties as assignedWhat we are looking forBS/BA degree with preference for Marketing or Business Administration1-3 years experience in Marketing, Brand & Portfolio Management, Product Development. Global marketing experience is a plus.English proficiency required.
