AI Developer - Microsoft Foundry, Copilot, Fabric - Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem, Full Stack application development, and AI-assisted software engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot, .NET, React, and Azure , while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.

This role will work closely with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to build intelligent applications, develop AI agents, enhance enterprise AI capabilities, and drive AI-enabled software development practices across the organization.

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications and intelligent agents using Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Build scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core.
• Develop responsive, modern user interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Integrate AI capabilities throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms to improve development productivity and software quality.
• Collaborate with AI architects, product owners, and engineering teams to refine AI development frameworks, best practices, and enterprise AI standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and adherence to enterprise development standards.
• Support rapid prototyping, innovation initiatives, and enterprise adoption of AI-enabled software engineering practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer building enterprise applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript .
• 1+ year of hands-on experience developing AI Agents, Agentic AI applications, or AI-powered enterprise solutions .
• Strong experience with Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot, Azure Services, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture .
• Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and developer productivity.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, software engineering best practices, and enterprise application architecture .
• Experience designing secure, scalable, cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Experience implementing AI engineering frameworks such as BMAD or similar AI SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, AI orchestration, and automated code generation workflows.
• Exposure to enterprise AI platform development and multi-agent application architecture.
• Experience contributing to reusable AI frameworks, developer accelerators, or enterprise engineering platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, or modern cloud-native deployment practices.
