Solution Management Assoc Director

IQVIA seeks an Associate Director of Solutions Management to bridge business strategy and technology execution within the Global Market Insights organization. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into product roadmaps, managing requirements, and driving cross-functional alignment to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy and translate objectives into actionable plans
• Serve as functional owner for assigned products and platforms, managing backlogs and defining product vision
• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to align priorities and drive consensus on solution delivery
• Collaborate with engineering teams and Agile delivery organizations to ensure successful product implementation
• Evaluate new technologies and opportunities to improve user experience, automation, and operational performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field
• Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or technology planning
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and actionable solutions
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Proven track record delivering business value through technology products or strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence outcomes and build alignment without direct authority
