Press Brake OperatorAllegiant Manufacturing, a one stop source for metal working solutions including stamping, fabrication, value-added assembly, tooling & machining, located in Kansas City, KS has an opportunity for a Press Brake Operator for 1st and 2nd shift.We are committed to providing our employees with strong benefits and a healthy work-life balance.Competitive Benefits Begin Quickly Medical, dental, and vision benefits go into effect after 60 days of employment.Day-One Benefits Employees are eligible for holiday pay and our 401(k) retirement plan starting on their first day.Work-Life Balance We operate on a four-day workweek, with 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, giving employees a consistent three-day weekend every week.2nd shift premium = $1.50 per hourAllegiant Manufacturing values its team members and strives to create a safe, rewarding, stable, and employee-focused workplace.Tour our website at to discover more about us.Summary of Essential Job Functions/ResponsibilitiesPrepares production equipment for operation by making equipment setup adjustments, assisting with equipment changeovers.Maintains quality standards and customer specifications by conducting first-piece and in-process inspection; completing production control charts; analyzing recordings and making equipment adjustments.Helps train others for production job responsibilities by demonstrating operational procedures.Maintains machine operation by solving production process problems; making equipment adjustments; reporting production and quality data; reporting decisions made; referring questions to the supervisor.Maintains production operations by following policies and procedures (equipment, raw and in-process materials, and finished goods); reporting needed changes.Ensures operation of equipment by following preventative maintenance policies and procedures; reporting needed changes and repairs.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed through cooperation with team members and acceptance of re-assignments as directed by supervisors.Other duties as assignedShift Hours: 1st Shift - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday 2nd Shift - 3:30 pm to 2:00 am Monday through Thursday
