Workday Compensation Consultant Charlotte, NCPay: In this role, you will:Required Qualifications:2+ years in the following:Workday development experience in the advanced compensation functional areaWorkday development experience, including integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, Reporting - Report Writer, Advanced ReportingDesired Qualifications:Workday or other HR systems Compensation experienceExperience with SAS or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query toolsExperience/Knowledge in Adaptive Workforce Planning, Modeling, Sheets, Reports and DashboardsKnowledge of Adaptive security, permission sets, user groups, access rulesExperience in setting up integration between HCM and Adaptive, User sync and SSOLeadership skills including the ability to influence effectively in a matrix environmentKnowledge and understanding of AgileAbility to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountabilityAbility to shift priorities as work-flow/volume dictatesExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audienceWells Fargo software engineering experienceA BS/BA degree or higher in information technologyWorkday Extend development experience
