About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP for Outlet Stores, a pivotal role in the development and execution of store strategies that drive commercial success and align with brand vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance of the full-price retail operation across outlet stores, ensuring the consistent application of brand-specific strategies and standards. This leadership position demands a minimum of 10 years of retail operations experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role managing outlet or value-driven stores, preferably within the fashion sector. The VP will be tasked with monitoring the competitive landscape, utilizing data analytics and market research to identify new opportunities, and optimizing store performance to enhance the customer experience and brand perception. The ideal candidate for the VP role at the company will have a proven track record in developing and executing store strategies, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in retail operations with a focus on customer experience and brand consistency. They will be expected to lead a high-performing team, promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, and ensure the commercial success of the stores through effective selling techniques and the execution of brand collateral. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including global brand store design, buying, planning, marketing, and real estate, is essential to creating compelling in-store shopping experiences. The role also involves overseeing store openings, relocations, and remodels, and providing input into the go-to-market process. The candidate should be adept at managing KPIs, and the commercial calendar, and be prepared to make data-driven adjustments to enhance full-price sales.
