Responsibilities: Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEP) for each student, ensuring personalized and effective interventions. Participate in IEP meetings, providing updates and insights to educators and parents. Maintain accurate records of student assessments, treatments, and progress. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create the most effective learning environment for students. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field. Valid California SLP license. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively within a team.
