Job Summary:

Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients, focusing on recovery and functional improvement. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients' physical conditions and establish treatment goals.

  Design and implement personalized therapy plans.

  Monitor and document patients' progress regularly.

  Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and treatment protocols.

  Comply with all facility policies and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.

  Require graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.

  Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.

  Possess strong communication and patient education abilities.
  
  
• 
  Have experience working with diverse patient populations preferred.
