Operations Manager

The Tone: This is a full-time role at Asseti. Asseti is building the category-defining platform for asset intelligence and operations, used by large real estate owners to understand their assets, optimize portfolio performance, and make smarter operational and capital decisions. This role is critical as you will have full ownership of the field operational systems, automations, and tools that power the operations function across the business. You will define a function from the ground up using a modern, AI-native toolkit, playing a central part in how Asseti runs. The TL;DR Role: Full Time Type: Full-time Team: Delivery function, reporting to the Delivery Lead, partnering with data processing and platform engineering team Mission: Keep the data ordering, capturing, and delivery machine running smoothly and make it faster and less manual every cycle Tech Stack: Claude, Cursor, Spreadsheets What You’ll Actually Do Own the full order lifecycle from submission through to processed delivery, including creation, tracking, QA, and handoff to the data processing team. Proactively monitor order queues and delivery pipelines to surface and resolve blockers before they become visible to others. Run and improve the QA process for survey data entering the processing pipeline, ensuring practical and repeatable steps are followed. Coordinate external drone pilots and ground-inspection contractors, confirming schedules, resolving issues, and ensuring correct job collection. Use AI tools like Claude and Cursor to prototype process fixes, draft SOPs, analyze operational data, and build lightweight automations that eliminate manual work. Track key operational metrics including order cycle time, QA pass rates, collection SLA compliance, and cost per site, in partnership with the BizOps team. The Must-Haves Background: Manager level, with 3+ years in operations, field service coordination, or an execution-intensive delivery role. Experience: Practical proficiency with AI tools such as Claude or Cursor, and experience working alongside technical or data teams. Skills: Strong bias to action, a systems mindset, clear and direct communication, and ability to manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed delivery portfolio. Bonus: Direct experience with drone operations or geospatial data capture, familiarity with commercial real estate or facilities management, experience with field service management platforms or spatial data tools (e.g., QGIS, ArcGIS), contractor or vendor coordination experience in a field-based context, or prior experience at a growth-stage SaaS business. #J-18808-Ljbffr
