Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license, with CCC-SLP certification or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience delivering teletherapy services, or strong interest in virtual care
- Background working with students in school-based settings (elementary to high school)
- Solid foundation in evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning in educational environments
- Ability to efficiently use technology for virtual therapy and documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and educational teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to students virtually
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student progress
- Provide direct and consultative services, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Track and report on student outcomes, adapting plans as necessary for maximum growth
- Uphold compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based therapy services
