Esta posición es esencial para el éxito de nuestras tiendas minoristas. Los Asociados de Tienda trabajan en estrecha colaboración con clientes mayoristas y minoristas para determinar sus necesidades, responder a sus preguntas sobre los productos de Sherwin-Williams y recomendar las soluciones adecuadas. Los Asociados de Tienda tienen la tarea de lograr un excelente servicio al cliente, mientras cumplen consistentemente con los objetivos de ventas de la tienda. Responsabilidades Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con clientes mayoristas y minoristas para determinar sus necesidades y recomendar soluciones adecuadas. Responder preguntas sobre productos Sherwin-Williams. Resolver rápidamente inquietudes del cliente y garantizar su máxima satisfacción. Mantenerse actualizado con las características del producto y el alto estándar visual de la tienda. Alcanzar objetivos de ventas de la tienda de manera consistente. Contactar a clientes, incluidos menores, y manejar efectivo y otros métodos de pago, equipo electrónico, información personal, mercancía de la tienda y artículos de valor, supervisado o no supervisado. Ordenar archivos y fórmulas. Recoger productos apropiados del piso de ventas o del almacén. Tinterar y mezclar productos según las especificaciones del cliente. Reabastecer estantes y organizar exhibiciones. Limpieza del equipo de la tienda. Cargar y descargar camiones de entrega. Ayudar a realizar entregas según sea necesario. Mantener las áreas asignadas en condiciones de stock y presentables. Mantenerse informado sobre los productos ofrecidos y discutir las opciones disponibles. Cumplir con los procedimientos de control de inventario. Sugerir formas de mejorar las ventas.
