, a progressive interior design, architectural and graphics firm, has an immediate opening for an entry-level Accountant to handle various functions in our Atlanta office. Accounting Responsibilities Handle all Project accounting and various requests for multiple Project Managers with the company – including invoicing Release and file invoices for assigned Project Managers Assist with month end operations and closing Operational data input into management reports Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts Assist with other financial and accounting projects as needed Administrative support for the accounting team Ideal Candidate Ability to deal with confidential items Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills Proficiency in all MS Office programs with Excel skills being key component Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and independently Proficient in prioritizing multiple tasks and demands to meet deadlines Candidates must be able to multi-task without issue Candidates are preferred to have an accounting degree.
