Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will hold current licensure in North Carolina and possess relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency care to patients in accordance with medical protocols.
• Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs effectively.
• Document patient information accurately using MEDITECH electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards.
• Obtain and verify required certifications and references prior to assignment.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, active RN license in North Carolina.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of ER experience; travel experience preferred.
• Experience with MEDITECH EMR system is a plus.
• Be able to work night shifts (19:00-07:00) on Friday through Sunday.
• Provide two supervisory references; local candidates accepted at regular rates.
