Supply Chain Program Manager

Material Program Manager (MPM)Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) to work within the Surveillance & Tactical Advanced Radar Solutions (STaRS) Sub-Business Unit in the Raytheon Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) Strategic Business Unit. In this role, you will bridge the Supply Chain and Program teams and manage materials provided by suppliers on the Pods Product Supply Chain Team. The MPM is responsible for executing the strategies and objectives of the product line to meet cost, quality, and scheduled targets for the program and business unit, ensuring that products are delivered on time to the end customer.Our supplier network spans small to large businesses, IOT (Interorganizational) partners, and major subcontractors that manufacture high-level assemblies, a range of commodities, and materials varying in complexity. You will collaborate and communicate with Program Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, various departments within the Factory organization, Contracts, Customers, and other support functions to ensure rapidly shifting production requirements, material challenges, and competing priorities are successfully executed.What You Will DoWork closely with program and partnering functions to ensure successful supplier management and execution in support of program needs and requirementsPartner with procurement to ensure suppliers are meeting program requirements (contractual requirements, drawing and technical data packages, and schedule requirements).Assist procurement with supplier Request for Proposals / Quotes (RFP's / RFQ's)Provide status by preparing and presenting slides and files during team tag-ups, daily/weekly program meetings, and monthly program & customer reviewsParticipate in weekly supplier engagements to ensure required performance is metMaintain and assess the integrity of the MRP environment and the programs' schedule within that environment while balancing supply and demand to allow for an executable scheduleOverall ownership of the supplier and finance management process (i.e., Risk/Opportunity, Line of Balance, Metrics, Material sales forecasts)Proactively address and complete urgent supply chain tasking (Purchase Requisitions integrity, Single/Sole Source Justifications, Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW), Purchase Order follow upProvide pertinent information to procurement in order to expedite ordering and receipt of parts to ensure continuous productionCommunicate program status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders, including Raytheon senior management, customers, and suppliersTravel domestically to suppliers as neededQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experienceMinimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role and/or program/project managementMinimum 2 years experience working with suppliersU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We PreferExperience in Subcontracts, Procurement, or Strategic SourcingSupply chain experience in the defense industryExperience in Supply Chain Planning tools (i.e. SAP, Power Bi, Kinaxis RapidResponse)What We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
