Production Associate About the Role As a Production Associate at Doerfler Mfg Inc, you’ll be an integral part of our manufacturing team, supporting the production of high-quality bath and body products. Duties & Responsibilities Operate equipment as instructed to support daily production needs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist with inventory management within the warehouse as needed. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues during production. Report issues and process concerns to the appropriate team members promptly. Support efficient workflow by preparing materials and staying aligned with production schedules. Maintain attention to detail throughout assembly, handling, and inspection tasks. Requirements Experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining quality standards. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Comfort following safety procedures and working in a production environment. Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate clearly on the floor. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues. Strong reliability and willingness to stay focused on tasks throughout shifts.
