Customer Success Associate

Supporting the execution of high-volume operational work, the full-time Customer Success Associate will manage onboarding, configuration, and customer support initiatives remotely while collaborating closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance customer experience and product adoption. Key responsibilities Create and configure hotel accounts in backend systems, ensuring accuracy and branding Resolve Customer Operations tickets and coordinate onboarding and training sessions with customers Support high-volume rollout initiatives and participate in special projects related to customer outreach and operational support Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in customer support, customer success, operations, or hospitality Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with customer-facing interactions and problem-solving Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or similar operational tools
