Opportunity Overview We are actively seeking 2 CRNAs to join an inpatient surgical team in Hibbing, Minnesota . This role offers a great mix of independent practice with telehealth physician support , making it ideal for confident and skilled providers. ️ Open to local providers & travelers ASAP start (post-credentialing) 13-week assignment with strong extension potential Schedule Monday Friday 6:45 AM 3:15 PM (8-hour shifts) No call responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical procedures Work independently with remote MDA (telehealth) support Manage 2 12 patient encounters per shift Collaborate with perioperative and surgical teams Document care using Epic EMR Case Mix Gain exposure to a diverse and balanced caseload : ️ General Surgery ️ Pediatrics ️ ENT ️ Orthopedics ️ Obstetrics ️ Urology ️ Vascular No cardiac, neuro (except CEAs), or spine cases Required Qualifications NBCRNA Certified ACLS & PALS certifications Active state license (preferred or willingness to obtain) Strong independent practice skills Facility Highlights 4 Operating Rooms ️ 6 PACU recovery bays 17 Same Day Surgery cubicles 3,000+ surgical procedures annually Dedicated Pre-Anesthesia Testing unit Additional Details Credentialing timeframe: days Minimum commitment: Ideally 0.5 FTE or more Why This Opportunity? ️ Excellent work-life balance (no call!)
